Fullsweep is a website and a crawling service that checks other websites for technical search problems. It is operated by an individual, not a company, the same one the footer on every page names. By using Fullsweep, you agree to these terms.

You can only submit a website to Fullsweep if you own it, or you have permission from whoever does to audit it this way. Do not use Fullsweep to crawl a site you have no right to look at in that much detail. If we believe an account is being used to crawl sites without permission, we can suspend or close it.

We follow a site's robots.txt file by default, and we pace our own requests so we do not overload a site's server, our crawl speed adapts to how fast a site answers, and it never exceeds a polite ceiling for that one host. If a site's robots.txt tells crawlers to stay out entirely, we say so on your report and check nothing.

We will not crawl a private or internal network address, the kind of address that only means something inside somebody else's own network, even if a redirect on the site you submitted tries to send us there. We check this before every request and again on every redirect, not just once at the start.

You can check any site for free, with no account: up to 3 checks an hour from the same network address, up to 500 pages a check, with up to 25 of those pages getting the extra pass that runs the page's own scripts. A free check's report stays available for 7 days.

Sign up for a free account and it stays free: one saved site, up to 500 pages a check. Lifetime access removes both of those limits, see below.

Lifetime access is a one-time payment: pay once, keep it for as long as Fullsweep exists, nothing to renew and no subscription.

Buying directly from us: our list price is $119, shown on our pricing page. That page carries the current number; if the two ever disagree, trust the pricing page over this one.

Buying through an AppSumo deal: you pay whatever that listing charges at the time, a price AppSumo sets and can change, and it is a genuine discount off our $119 list price, not the same number. Once redeemed, an AppSumo licence grants the same lifetime access described here.

Either way, lifetime access includes:

• Every client site you look after, with no limit.
• No limit on how many pages we check in a crawl.
• Every site checked again automatically, once a week.
• The complete list of pages we checked, downloadable as a CSV.
• 5,000 pages a month where we also run the page's own scripts before checking it, at no extra cost, once that part of the service is switched on.

If you were refunded through AppSumo, we remove the lifetime access that AppSumo licence granted; access bought directly from someone else's AppSumo account is never affected by somebody else's refund. If you bought directly from us and want a refund, get in touch and we will sort it out directly with you.

Fullsweep is provided as it is, and as it is available. We work to make it accurate and reliable, but we do not promise it will run without interruption, that it is free of every error, or that it will find every problem on your site, or only real ones. Nothing it reports is professional advice. Treat it as one useful signal about your site, not the final word on it.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Fullsweep is not liable for indirect or knock-on losses arising from your use of the service, lost profits or lost search rankings, for example. Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it to be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

We may update these terms as the product changes, and we will change the date at the top when we do. Continuing to use Fullsweep after a change means you accept the new version.

Fullsweep does not yet have a published contact address separate from the rest of the product. Until that exists, reach out the same way you would about anything else on Fullsweep, it reaches the one person who runs it.
