Trying it

Do I need an account to check a site?: No. Paste a web address on the home page and read the whole report. No sign-up, no card, and nothing is held back.
How much can I check for free?: 500 pages a crawl with no account, and three checks an hour. Sign up and it stays free for 1 site at the same page limit. Lifetime access removes both limits.
Do I need to install anything?: No. It runs in your browser, so your laptop stays free and a big site is no problem.
How long does a crawl take?: Most sites finish in under three minutes. Pages appear as we find them and the count keeps moving, so you can see it working rather than watching a bar.
Can I check a client's site?: Yes, any site you are allowed to check. We only read pages; we never change anything on them, and we never sign in to anything.
How long does my free report stay up?: Seven days if you ran it without an account. Sign in before then and it is kept for good. The full detail is on the privacy page.

What it checks

What does it actually check?: 79 things, written out in plain English on one public page. All 79 of them run today. Read all of them before you trust a word we say.
Does it work on sites built with JavaScript?: Yes. Modern sites often hide their content until the page runs its own scripts, and a plain crawler loses those sites entirely. We spot those pages from the code and read them the way a browser does. That part opens shortly, at no extra cost.
Do I get a score out of 100?: No, and that is deliberate. A single score starts an argument with a client you cannot win, and it hides which problem to fix first. We rank the problems instead, by what each one costs you.
What if you cannot reach some pages?: The report says how many we could not reach and how many we skipped, right next to how many we checked. Knowing what a crawl missed is the whole point of it.
What if the site tells crawlers to stay out?: We do as it asks and say so plainly. Their robots.txt file asking crawlers to stay away is not an error on your side or ours, so we report it rather than pretending the site is empty.
What if nothing is wrong?: Then the report says so, and shows what we checked to get there. Nothing to fix is a real answer and a useful one, and we are not going to invent a problem to fill the page.
Will it slow a client site down?: No. We read pages at a polite speed and back off on our own if their server starts to struggle. If a site is slow we keep going rather than quietly giving up, and we tell you it was slow.
Can I hand the results to a developer?: Yes. Every finding says what is wrong, what it costs and how to fix it, and names the pages it affects. You can also download the complete list of pages we checked as a spreadsheet file.

What it costs

Is this a subscription?: No. You pay $119 once and it is yours. No monthly fee, no per-person charge, no credits that run out. See what is included.
Is it really unlimited?: Yes for crawling: any number of sites, any number of pages, checked as often as you like, forever. The one metered part is running a page's own scripts, capped at 5,000 pages a month and shown on your account page. Most sites need it for under one page in twenty. Included at no extra cost when it opens.
Do I pay per person?: No. There are no seats. One payment covers everybody in the business, however many of you there are.
What does lifetime actually mean?: For as long as Fullsweep exists. There is one person behind this product, and that is the honest limit of what a lifetime promise from us can mean. The terms say the same thing in the same words.
What if I want a refund?: If you bought directly from us, get in touch and we will sort it out with you. If you bought through a marketplace deal, their refund process applies and a refund there removes the lifetime access that code granted.
Why is it cheaper than the tools I know?: Because it does one job rather than ten, it runs on shared machines rather than yours, and it is not paying for a sales team. We have written the comparison out properly, including the parts where the other tools win. Read the comparisons.

Your data, and your clients'

What do you store about me?: Your email address, the sites you ask us to check, and what we found on them. Not your IP address: we turn it into a scrambled code we cannot reverse, purely to stop one visitor running far past the free limit. The privacy page lists every single thing, and who else sees it.
Do you keep my client's pages?: We keep the addresses and what we found on each one, not copies of their pages. For any crawl we also save the complete list of pages checked as a file you can download.
Can I delete everything?: Yes. Deleting your account removes your sites, your crawls and your findings. A report you ran with no account deletes itself: unreachable after seven days, gone entirely after fourteen. See the privacy page.
Do you train anything on my data?: No. Fullsweep is not an artificial intelligence product and there is no model here. A crawler either fetched the page or it did not, which is exactly why its findings can be checked against your own site.
